Shanghai Ding Lin Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter called the SDL) is a private shipbuilding enterprise and registered capital 30 million and possesses the total assets of 60 million yuan RMB. SDL employs 80 staffs and workers, among which there are 2 professors and 3 senior engineers and 20 medium class administrators.

      SDL is located at Chen qiao town of Chongming county away 2.5km from Nanmen port. Chongming Island, Waigaoqao and Changxin Island are the key bases of shipbuilding industry in China. Chongming’s climate and geography is suitable for ship building. There are several large shipyard in Chongming Island. The yard occupies area of more than 40,000 square meters and shore line 500m long and 4m mean depth of water. The yard has built several tugs、harbor boats、rescue、 boats、small container ship and twin bodv passenger ferries and won high reputation and favorable comment from our customers. Wc have constructed a new cover in berth 81m long×27m wide. After reforming the yard, and perfecting and renewing equipment . The yard will turn over a new leaf and become one producing and repairing various kind of luxury yachts base in Shanghai. We are capable of building 6~8 luxury yachts of 65m in length per annum.
